Being able to map a project using BIM (Building Information Modeling) allows Temp Engineering to identify & address any design conflicts before our field installation team steps foot on the project. Site specific coordination between existing elements & MEP Ducts, Pipes, & conduit can be complex & time consuming. BIM  allows us to prevent delays in the field & keeping your project on schedule. 

AUTO CAD & ENGINEERED PLANS

Temp Engineering is able to produce accurate CAD drawings to aid in site specific Design. Being able to provide inhouse speeds the process of producing an engineered set of construction plans. As well as being able to make changes fast & efficiently. Every South Florida project is different & will require different design elements. We can produce a full set of construction plans to include our MEP’s & Structural.
